The key is to set Ava up for success within your business environment before she starts making decisions. Let’s break down the onboarding process step by step.
Step 1: Define the Agent’s Role (Write a Job Description)
First, get crystal clear on what you want your AI agent to do – essentially, write a job description. When hiring a human, you outline roles and responsibilities.
